Make your voice heard this fall.

In November, Roseville voters will consider two separate ballot questions about whether to use a local 0.5% sales tax to support a new Public Works and Parks Operations Facility and License & Passport Center. The local sales tax rate will be the same if one or both projects are approved.

There are three ways to vote on the local sales tax referendum:

  • Roseville residents can vote early in person starting Friday, Sept. 20 through Monday, Nov. 4 at:

    Saint Paul, MN 55107.

    Starting Friday, Oct. 18 through Monday, Nov. 4 residents can also vote early in person at any of the following locations:

    Saint Paul, MN 55130

    Frogtown Community Center
    230 Como Ave
    Saint Paul, MN 55103

    Ramsey County Library-Roseville
    2180 Hamline Ave N
    Roseville, MN  55113

    Ramsey County Library-Shoreview
    4560 Victoria St N
    Shoreview, MN 55126

  • Residents can vote early at home by requesting an absentee ballot beginning Friday, Sept. 20. Absentee ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day (Nov. 5) to be counted.

    • Residents can vote at their local polling place on Tuesday, Nov. 5.

    • Polling places will be open from 7:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m.
